We organize, decorate, and refit your rental unit with all necessary items to be a wonderful hosting place!

This service helps fill the gaps between your cleaning crew’s visits and your visits on site. Whether your management style is ‘up close and personal’ or ‘oversight from afar’ it always helps to get a fresh perspective from time to time. There are certain issues which don’t often get mentioned in reviews, but make a large overall impact to the comfort of guests.
Option A: Clean Checkup - This service may highlight that it is time to schedule that deep clean from your cleaning service or highlight things that have often gotten overlooked. Does maintenance think the cleaning crew does filters and vice versa? We check out the filters, cabinets, curtains, crumb trays, and icky little corners so you’re can be sure your guests feel comfortable and welcome. You will receive pictures and solution options for each item we find. We can work together with your cleaning crew to solve issues on the spot.
Option B: Handy-man Checkup - This service takes a look at the function and hardware of your rental. Is that door latch broken? Why does the bathroom fan make a rattling noise? Are there holes in the window screens? Those types of issues often get overlooked by guests in their reviews but make an overall impact to the comfort of a stay. You will receive pictures and solution options for each item we find. We can work together with your maintenance crew to solve issues on the spot.
Option C: Function Checkup - This service takes a look at how your rental unit functions for your guests. Is furniture placement helping or harming flow? (no one wants to stub their toe) Is your style eclectic or do we really need 4 different styles of storage container? Are there 17 coffee mugs but only 2 spoons? Why do guests keep using bathroom hand towels in the kitchen? This checkup focuses on practical use and will offer solutions to improve overall function of your rental space. It is often paired with Refit Two for simple, effective solutions.
Option D: Visual Comfort Checkup - We see you’ve had trouble matching your grey walls and grey couch to the right shade of grey curtains… Live a little and let us help you select more beautiful options for the simple things that can make a space go from ‘first apartment’ bland to ‘curated vacation property’ gorgeous. You will receive pictures and solution options for each detail we think will make a big impact on style. We can work together with you on input and with any budget.

Many people use the space you rent - that means many opinions on how best to load the dishwasher! To keep the cleaning crew and your guests happy it is truly helpful to have a place for everything and every place labeled. (beautifully and discreetly of course) Good organization and proper labeling can make the difference between smooth use and frazzled guests.
Option A: Reuse Refit Work strictly with the items on hand, consolidate and organize and only dispose of garbage. Minor cleaning and wipe down of shelves or boxes, minor cleaning of items, shelf and cabinet organization labels will be included.
Option B: Rearrange Refit Working and adding to what is on hand, consolidate and organize, only dispose of garbage. Minor cleaning and wipe down of shelves or boxes, minor cleaning of items, shelf and cabinet organization labels will be included. Also included (at cost) are simple organizing items such as bins, shelf liner, shelf dividers, and other necessary pieces. We will source from your prefered vendor group as discussed in consultation.
Option C: Touch Ups - existing clients only

The housewares are there to be used, its only natural that things become worn, dirty, or broken. The cleaning crew makes sure everything is clean but we have found it to be rare that either they or guests will let you know of minor issues such as missing lids to a pot, only 1 wine glass in a rental that sleeps 8, missing can opener from utility drawer, a scratched up frying pan no one wants to use, smoke detectors missing batteries, or a junk drawer filled with twisty ties but no tape, etc. Whatever level of comfort you wish to provide - we help you make sure it's being provided.
Option A: Detailed Control - Itemized list with photos of discard ready items and itemized list of replacements and costs. The list will be provided to you for review before anything is discarded and replaced. This will also include a charge for labor of compiling the list. We will source from your prefered vendor group as discussed in consultation.
Option B: Mama Knows Best - Trust our experience and get the job done quickly. You will receive before and after photos and an invoice for replacement items. We will source from your prefered vendor group as discussed in consultation.

We can assess the condition and ease-of-use of your current furnishings by the room or for your entire rental property. A list of items needing attention will be discussed in a face to face meeting at the property or via a Zoom meeting where images can be shared.
Option A: A full source list of suggestions will be provided with specs and reasoning.
Option B: Client chooses items to be replaced and the Rental Refit team sources and oversees installations/replacements.
Option C: Existing clients only - Custom service for sourcing unique items and accumulation of furnishings over time.

Rental need a total Refit? Transform your space with an interior decor scheme crafted precisely for you. We deliver clear, specific plans that empower you to take the reins on installation while ensuring every element, from color palettes and room layouts to lighting and accessories, works cohesively to create a stunning, functional environment for your guests.
Our process begins with a deep dive into your vision and property style as well as your guest’s ideal vacation lifestyle. You will receive comprehensive, easy-to-follow documentation and visuals, minimizing guesswork and indecision. The plan can be executed by your own team, on your own schedule. This approach gives you complete control, maximizes your budget, and streamlines the timeline, all without sacrificing style or quality. The options below help you decide how much involvement you want to have in the process.
Option A: An updated decor plan will be created for the space in question. Plans will include only the features you specify for change and will keep all other features in place. This is the ‘work with what you have’ approach for improvement.
Option B: Comprehensive design plan for you space with sketches, style board, and material options. Some items may be reused but its all fair game. An updated and refreshed space awaits, choose this option to see the possibilities.
Option C: In addition to Option B this option includes specific selections and source information to make the plan a reality by your team. Expect paint colors, materials, finishes, light fixtures to be specified and selected - extra consultations are optional to provide finish styling.
Option D: Start Fresh Refit - When you really need it all figured out. This includes all of option C above plus furnishings, plus housewares.

Communicate
Every project is different, we have in depth meetings to discuss your needs and desires for our collaboration.
At the first meeting we will discuss scope of the project and any customizations you will need. We offer many services but want to keep the process simple for you.
Pricing quotes will be communicated from this beginning conversation.
Collaborate
You are part of the process. Almost all of our Refit plans are customizable to you and your specific rental(s). Together, we outline a path forward that’s realistic, strategic, and tailored to your specific needs.
Depending on the options chosen we may be in communication frequently with scheduled meetings or we may just be scheduled to meet twice. We are here for you with any questions at any point in your service.
Schedule & Start
Together, we set dates for work to begin, always working around your rental bookings and availability.
Depending on the scope of the work we may need to schedule multiple days in a property but many services can be completed within one working day.
We try to book jobs with multiple units into the same week, working between them when available.
